Low-carbon steel balls mainly correspond to the G1000-G2000 low-precision grades. They have relatively loose tolerances and lower hardness, focusing on cost control rather than the accuracy of sphericity. Their main applications include abrasive materials for mine/cement ball mills, drawer slides for furniture, spray paint mixing beads, and mechanical counterweights. They are suitable for heavy impact grinding or low-load, low-frequency sliding components.

Key material selection tip: High-carbon steel G100 - G500 is suitable for precision rotating components; Low-carbon steel G1000 - G2000 is suitable for grinding processing and non-critical hardware.
