1. Stainless steel grit is mainly used for surface cleaning, paint removing and descaling of non -ferrous metals and stainless steel products, forming uniform surface roughness, thus especially suitable for surface pretreatment before coating.

2.Carbon Steel grit is a commonly used material for processing metal work pieces. Carbon Steel grit has tight structure and uniform particle size. Treating the surface of all metal work pieces with steel grit can increase the surface pressure of metal work pieces and improve the fatigue resistance of work pieces.

The use of carbon steel grit processing metal work piece surface, with the characteristics of fast cleaning speed, has a good rebound, internal corner and complex shape of the work piece can be uniformly quick foam cleaning, shorten the surface treatment time, improve the work efficiency, is a good surface treatment material.

Carbon steel grit has different hardness with unique characteristics .

GP /GL carbon steel grit: This abrasive, is pointed and ribbed, and its edges and corners are quickly rounded during use. It is especially suitable for the pretreatment of steel surface removal of oxide.  

GH carbon steel grit: This kind of steel sand has higher hardness and  always maintains edges and corners in sandblasting operation, particularly effective for forming regular and hairy surfaces.  When GH steel grit is used in shot peening machine operation, construction requirements should be considered in preference to price factors (such as roll treatment in cold rolling mill).  This carbon steel grit is mainly used in compressed air shot peening equipment.
