1. Sandblasting work piece
 
The sandblasting cabinet is suitable for small size work piece, such as engine parts, jewelry;
The sandblasting tank is suitable for large work piece, such as gas storage tanks, large steel structures.
 
2. Sandblasting principle
 
The sandblasting cabinet can automatically recover abrasive; while tank can not  recycle abrasive automatically
 
3. Mechanical construction
 
The sandblasting cabinet is equipped with a dust collector, which can remove oil and dust, and the sandblasting vision in the cabinet is clearer;
The sandblasting tank is equipped with oil-water separator, which can remove oil and water vapor in the air;
 
4. Sand blasting distance
 
The sandblasting tank, with the air pipe and sand pipe, can be used for remote sandblasting, while the sandblasting cabinet cannot.
 
5. The size of the supporting air compressor is different
 
The air compressor matching the sandblasting tank needs at least 4m³, while the air compressor matching the sandblasting cabinet only needs 1.2m³ (general pressure) and 2m³ (high pressure).
 
6. Different blasting environments
 
The sandblasting tank is open and easy to produce dust; The sandblasting cabinet is sealed tightly, which is dust-free and will not cause environmental pollution.
