The particle size distribution of high-quality waterjet garnet sand is reasonable and uniform,  neither too large particles damage the nozzle, nor should there be too small or invalid particles, dust, and impurities that affect the cutting speed. Waterjet garnet sand with scientific particle is used. Large particles play a cutting role, and fine sand play a role of grinding, so that the cut surface of the processed product is smooth and the verticality is good. Our garnet sand is cleaned for 6 times, the particles are uniform, the dust content is extremely low, and the cutting efficiency is higher.
