Blasting Cabinet ABC 1

Sandblasting is a method that uses air pressure and a variety of materials to clean and prepare metal surfaces for repair, painting or welding. The materials used in sandblasting (whether sand is used or not) are called blasting media. Quickly and effectivelyit can  remove paint, rust and residues during material oxidation and it can also be used to change the condition of metal surfaces, for example by removing scratches or casting marks.

The blasting system includes four basic components: air source, blasting cabinet, dust collector and blasting medium. The air source is usually bottle air or compressor. The sandblasting cabinet can hold the objects to be sandblasted, and the dust collector can remove the dust in the cabinet.

Users can choose from two basic types of sandblasting cabinets: portable blaster and  blasting cabinets. The blasting pot is the most basic model, so it is cheap.

Sandblasting cabinets can be purchased in various shapes and sizes. Front load, top load and back load are all designed for different types of work. You can also buy a sandblasting cabinet with a horizontal, vertical or 45-degree observation window to suit the type of material being sandblasted. For example, when sandblasting car parts instead of wood products, you must have a different view.
