Analysis of the reasons for the rough surface of cut steel wire shot

Steel cut wire shot is a kind of steel grain made from scrap steel after a series of processing. It is not easy to break, have uniform particle size distribution, moderate hardness, strong impact resistance and long service life. The reasons for the rough surface are as follows,
1. When processing steel wire cut shots, it takes too little time and has not reached a specific specification. If the processing volume is too small, it will also cause rough appearance.
2. When grinding steel wire cut pellets, the added abrasive grains are too large and excessive, resulting in rough appearance.
3. The groove of the used grinding disc is too shallow or the depth is different. In this case, when the steel wire cut shot is ground in the deep groove, the pressure is too small, which causes sliding problems, thereby causing grinding damage and rough appearance.
4. There are iron filings or other foreign objects hidden in the groove of the used grinding disc, or the problem of blockage on the groove wall of the grinding disc, which will also cause the appearance of the processed product to be rough.
