It refers to the steel shot after one time quenching. The hardness is HRC 40~50. This kind of steel shot are widely used in cleaning, strengthening, and peening in various industries.

2. SQ steel shot

SQ steel shot is a super-performance national standard steel shot. It is treated by two times quenching to make the metallographic structure more compact, the service life is 1.3 times than national standard steel shot.

3. Low carbon bainite steel shot

The hardness of this steel shot is HRC42-48/48-54. Carbon content is 0.10%-0.20%, and add many alloying elements such as Cr, Mo, Ni, B, Al, Cu, the service life is twice than national standard steel shot.
